E-learning & Training Operations Specialist (7-month contract)

JOB INFORMATION Job Title: E-learning & Training Operations Specialist Job Function / Department: Commercial Excellence Reports to: Commercial Excellence Director/National Training Manager Career Level: Professional Location: Flemington, 182 Le Dai Hanh, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City Company / Affiliate: Abbott Nutrition Vietnam Contract: 7-month MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Learning Operations Excellence · Manage training operation for Trade Training Team (training plans and calendars, arrangement of F2F & virtual training events like regular training, Sales School and other ComEx events, etc.) · Work with training team to drive training operation excellence via continuous improvement in different aspects of training operation. · Manage and optimize trade training budget, including budget planning, budget execution, expense settlement, tracking & reporting and budget optimization. · Manage training reporting/plan and announce to business stakeholder to let them capture the training activity/report dashboard. Online Learning Excellence · Operate and manage eLearning platforms (Sum-Total and Nemo) for Trade Team : create monthly eLearning, monthly test and assigned to right target participants. · Work with SFA and IT to enhance and upgrade eLearning platforms to meet changing business needs · Collaborate with Trainers to maximize eLearning opportunities by identifying training courses suitable for eLearning. · Adapt ordinary training contents created by Trainers to eLearning and roll out eLearning programs. · Work with training team to assess training effectiveness (ordinary training and eLearning) by leveraging data, dashboards and analytics with the support by BI team · Manage training data (Product knowledge score, skill score, coaching score, business review score,…) in well structured, fully information and will be the PIC to work with SFE/BI team in data training providing. Others · Other project or assignment will be assigned. MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Work Experience Experience Details · E-learning system management · Hand-on experience in managing and organizing big face-to-face and virtual events (+ 300 pax) · Familiar with managing training and department budgets as well as vendor selection and procurement process · Strong experience in supporting training operation and logistics CORE Skills Required Professional Skill (Technical skills required for role) Good time and project management Basic understanding of financial and data analysis Good communication and negotiation Behavioral / Leadership Skill (Competencies required for role) Self-driven team player Strong interpersonal skills Problem solving skills Maintain a can-do attitude at all times, with learning difficult information and mastering the knowledge needed.
