As Manager Field Force Effectiveness – Customer Planning & Launch Readiness , you will play a pivotal role in shaping how future medicines are successfully launched in Germany. This is a highly strategic role for an experienced launch professional who enjoys creating structure where established approaches do not yet exist. You will help shape customer engagement, deployment and go-to-market strategies for future pipeline assets, leveraging data, insights, previous launch learnings and sound commercial judgement to develop fit-for-purpose approaches that maximise launch success. Working closely with Commercial, Medical, Analytics, Digital & Tech and Launch Leadership teams, you will influence critical pre-launch decisions by translating complex market dynamics, customer needs and business priorities into actionable launch recommendations. In many cases, you will be developing new frameworks, methodologies and approaches where historical data, established standards or existing structures are limited. In this role you will Shape customer engagement, deployment and go-to-market strategies for future pipeline assets by translating market dynamics, customer insights and business priorities into actionable launch recommendations. Develop fit-for-purpose launch planning approaches in situations where historical benchmarks, established standards or existing structures may be limited. Partner with Commercial, Medical and Launch Leadership teams to influence key strategic decisions and ensure launch strategies are aligned to customer and business needs. Leverage previous launch experiences, insights and best practices to continuously improve launch planning methodologies and future launch readiness approaches. Develop customer, market potential and deployment recommendations that support effective resource allocation and field readiness planning. Create innovative targeting, segmentation and engagement frameworks that enable future field teams to engage the right customers in the most impactful way. Collaborate with Analytics, Digital & Tech and external partners to integrate multiple data sources and insights into launch planning and decision-making. Help build and strengthen GSK Germany's evolving Launch Excellence capability by establishing new methodologies, frameworks and best practices that support future growth. Why You? Basic Qualifications & Skills We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Degree in Life Sciences, Business, Data Science, Health Economics or a related discipline. Significant experience in Sales Effectiveness, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations or related functions within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Proven track record in designing, implementing and optimising Sales Force Effectiveness programmes, including the use of CRM systems and field analytics to drive performance. Strong understanding of field execution processes, including targeting, segmentation, call planning, territory design and KPI management. Demonstrated sound data literacy and analytical capabilities, with the ability to independently explore and interpret data from Veeva CRM and other relevant data sources. Experience using Excel, self-service analytics tools and data sets to identify trends, generate actionable business insights, support evidence-based decision making and provide clear recommendations for Medical and Commercial stakeholders. Solid knowledge of field operations, territory models, workflow processes and operational best practices in commercial field teams. Fluent written and spoken German and English. Adaptable and resilient, able to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities and maintain momentum in a fast-moving commercial environment.
