Your mission Provide scientific and strategic expertise in marketing/communication for HCP, leading key initiatives for the promotion and execution of medical visits, in line with the company's global strategy. Define the Omnichannel roadmap for each Group of HCP. This includes data analysis and interpretation, as well as the optimization of omnichannel communication across the various media used by the medical visit team, ensuring effective and consistent implementation of the HCP Journey at all points of contact. It also includes designing the communication for medical events and conferences. Coordination of the HCP journey and monitoring its implementation Set up the HCP journey and ensure the activation of the different touch points (including CRM activation) Ensure that tools and communication by cycle are fully aligned with cycles priorities Define and implement specific KPIs to evaluate impact of medicalization/HCP journey (with commercial excellence team) Optimize HCP communication and tools in compliance with the local regulations and aligned with brand strategy Together with the medical, congress teams, coordinate and promote medical events. Support the field force in the execution of these activities Communicate to the brands / Medical team the needs identified in the HCP approach (new tools, additional data, events…) Cross-functional Projects and Internal Synergies Propose cross-fertilization projects and/or communication while ensuring alignment with brand strategies and local HCP regulation Coordinate projects between DCPC , Pharma Care and Med DTO, ensuring synergies and collaboration strategies Development of Scientific Content and Materials Propose or develop in conjunction with the Marketing teams, materials for healthcare professionals, including digital and offline content ( HCP Journey ) and according to available resources. Ensure, in collaboration with the QRVI teams, that the content and communications made for HCP comply with local regulations. Who you are ? Education & Diploma University degree in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s or postgraduate degree in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Health Management is a strong asset. Experience & Expertise Relevant Background: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar strategic role within the pharmaceutical or dermocosmetics industry, with a strong HCP-centric approach. HCP Strategy & Omnichannel: Proven ability to define and drive the Omnichannel roadmap and HCP journey. Experience in activating diverse touchpoints (including CRM) and optimizing communication across multiple media channels. Scientific Content & Compliance: Ability to develop and validate scientific materials (both digital and offline) in conjunction with Marketing and QRVI teams. Deep understanding of the HCP environment, including local regulations and strict compliance requirements. Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-fertilization projects across divisions (such as DCPC, Pharma Care, and Med DTO) and partnering effectively with Medical, Congress, and Commercial Excellence teams. Analytics & Execution: Skilled in setting specific KPIs to evaluate the impact of medicalization, combined with the ability to support the field force in executing brand strategies. Digital marketing or direct field experience is a distinct plus. Languages Trilingual: Full professional proficiency in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken) is required to engage effectively with local healthcare professionals and ensure compliant regional communication.
