Your new position We are seeking a Laboratory-based Principal Technologist, or a scientist with an interest in lab work, to join the Department of Pharmacokinetics, Immunogenicity & Bioanalytical Sciences. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and qualifying high-quality assays to detect our novel peptide therapeutics and characterize immunogenicity during preclinical and clinical development. You will support the development of various assays, contribute to technology transfer to contract research organizations (CROs), and generate critical reagents essential to our assay pipeline. We offer exciting responsibilities : • Development and qualification of cell-based and ligand binding immunogenicity assays (anti-drug antibodies and neutralizing antibodies) • Support general ligand binding assay development, qualification, and sample analysis as required • Production, purification, and characterization of critical reagents • Cell culture maintenance and optimization for assay purposes • Support assay transfer and validation to contract research organizations (CROs) • Data analysis, interpretation, and comprehensive documentation Your profile We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Laboratory-based Principal Technologist or a Scientist, with a genuine interest in lab work, a passion for assay development and analytical method science. You bring hands-on expertise in bioanalytical techniques and a strong understanding of how biomolecules behave in various analytical systems. You are a recognized technical contributor, highly motivated, and possess strong communication skills in English. You thrive in a collaborative environment and take pride in creating comprehensive documentation of your work. • Laboratory technologist qualification (e.g., biomedical laboratory technology) or a scientific degree (e.g., biology, biochemistry, pharmacy) with a clear interest in hands-on laboratory work • 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in development and qualification of assays including immunogenicity assays, biomarker assays, and quantitative ligand binding assays (cell-based and ligand binding formats) • Good understanding of various analytical techniques used for biomolecules (e.g., ELISA, electrochemiluminescence, affinity chromatography, surface plasmon resonance, or related methods) • Thorough understanding of analytical methods for quantifying, detecting, and characterizing drug-induced immunogenicity • Excellent documentation and data analysis skills • Proven ability to master core processes independently while being an effective team collaborator • Proficient in English, both written and oral communication Your new team The Department of Pharmacokinetics, Immunogenicity & Bioanalytical Sciences—a dedicated group of specialists collaborating to understand the behavior of our drug candidates on efficacy and safety.
