As part of Group Treasury, you'll join our Corporate Insurance & Risk Management team, helping to protect GSK's people, operations and assets through the management of our global insurance programmes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills who enjoys working with data, building relationships across a global organisation, and driving process improvements. Job Purpose As an Insurance Analyst, you'll support the operational delivery of GSK's global insurance programmes, working closely with local operating companies, brokers, insurers and service providers worldwide. You'll play a key role in insurance renewals, premium allocations, risk reporting, governance activities and continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers excellent exposure to multinational insurance programmes and provides opportunities to develop expertise in risk management, insurance operations, analytics and digital transformation. In this role you will Support the preparation and submission of data for major insurance renewals, including Property Damage & Business Interruption, Public & Product Liability, Directors & Officers, and Clinical Trial programmes. Analyse insurance and claims data to support renewals, budgeting, reserving and premium allocation activities. Act as a subject matter expert for the Risk Management Information System (RMIS), producing reports, generating insights and improving data quality. Coordinate with brokers, insurers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely policy issuance, invoicing and premium payments. Manage relationships with local operating companies to obtain accurate insurance information and maintain regulatory compliance. Support governance, audit and Third-Party Risk Management requirements. Help identify opportunities for automation, reporting enhancements and process improvements. Why you? Basic Qualifications : We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Experience in insurance, finance, risk management, treasury, or another analytical environment. Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills. Excellent organisation and project coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across a complex global organisation. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Preferred Skills : If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Experience with insurance renewals, premium allocations or corporate insurance programmes. Exposure to Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS) or similar platforms. Some familiarity with multinational insurance processes including fronting arrangements. Familiarity with governance, audit or third-party risk processes. Experience using reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Professional insurance, finance or risk management qualifications (or working towards one).
