About This Role: As a Purchasing Intern within the P2P department, you will be an integral member of the Purchasing team, actively supporting operational activities related to the requisition-to-purchase-order process. This internship is designed to provide you with practical experience in Purchasing, as well as exposure to essential tools like ServiceNow, Oracle, and Coupa. You will play a crucial role in facilitating the Coupa implementation, assisting with basic operational tasks, data clean-up, and Purchase Order maintenance. Your contributions will enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our procurement processes, supporting the team in delivering seamless operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of Purchasing and project support within a dynamic business environment. What You’ll Do: Provide first-level support to end users via ServiceNow, email, and Teams. Support Purchase Order creation, changes, maintenance, and closure in Oracle and Coupa. Perform data clean-up, validation, and legacy PO clean-up activities. Maintain trackers and follow up with stakeholders on outstanding requests. Support ad hoc activities assigned by Purchasing Analysts and the Purchasing Manager. Assist with operational and data preparation activities related to the Coupa implementation. Conduct data validation, clean-up, and identification of incomplete or inaccurate information. Support project-related trackers, documentation, and data checks. Participate in defined testing activities, document results, and escalate identified issues. Review internal documentation and suggest updates where needed. Escalate system, process, or complex requests to the appropriate team member. Who You Are: You are eager to learn and develop your skills in Purchasing and business operations. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Microsoft Excel intermediate or above skills. Good organization and follow-up skills. Ability to work in a multitasking environment. Eagerness to learn and develop. Communicative, accountable, and proactive approach. Expected Educational Background: Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. Interest in developing a career in Purchasing or business operations. Additional Employment Conditions We offer a paid internship program (12 months) with 32 hours of internship per week. An hourly rate is 31,40 PLN.
