Entry to developing individual contributor in a scientific/technology field. Participates in projects for the Biomedical Engineering area with a focus on scientific/technology initiatives of strategic importance to the organizational plan. Applies theoretical knowledge of the field to ensure products and devices meet organizational and industrial standards. Helps solve issues using engineering tools, methods, and skills, and designs biomedical equipment and devices, under general supervision. Drafts Biomedical Engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Executes project tasks as directed by Biomedical Engineering leaders. Provides technical suggestions on experiment planning, analysis, and study and testing design to maximize operational efficiency. Supports prototype tests and operates test-controlling equipment to observe and record results. Assists in the development of experimental plans, provides statistical analyses, and interprets scientific results. Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team. This job is salaried .
