Job Description About the role: The Fire Safety, Senior Analyst is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the organization's employees, clients, visitors, and property. This role focuses on identifying potential risks, developing processes to manage and mitigate those risks, and overseeing security activities to safeguard the organization's assets. How you will contribute: * Conduct loss prevention assessments, identifying and characterizing potential risks * Develop processes and procedures to report on, manage, and mitigate loss and security risks to acceptable levels * Oversee and conduct security activities, including controlling entry and exit to the organization's premises and safeguarding facilities, equipment, materials, and employee property * Manage and improve fire protection systems, handling complex scenarios and providing guidance * Lead emergency response efforts, coordinating teams and managing emergency situations effectively * Conduct compliance audits independently, identifying and addressing gaps in adherence to fire safety standards * Maintain fire safety equipment, ensuring all systems are functional and up-to-date Skills and qualifications: * Manages and improves fire protection systems, capable of handling complex scenarios and providing guidance * Conducts compliance audits independently, capable of identifying and addressing gaps in adherence to fire safety standards * Leads emergency response efforts, capable of coordinating teams and managing emergency situations effectively * Maintains fire safety equipment, ensuring all systems are functional and up-to-date * Documents safety inspections and incidents clearly and comprehensively * Applies knowledge of fire safety regulations and codes to ensure organizational compliance * Leads teams effectively, providing training and guidance on fire safety protocols * Assesses risks associated with fire hazards and implements appropriate mitigation strategies * Solves fire safety-related problems efficiently, providing practical and compliant solutions * Communicates effectively with various stakeholders about fire safety issues and improvements * Delivers training sessions on fire safety practices, ensuring staff are well-prepared for emergencies * Demonstrates technical proficiency in using and maintaining fire safety equipment and systems As a solid professional, you receive assignments with objectives and goals, providing guidance to employees based on established policies.
