About This Role: As a P2P Intern – Travel & Expense within the Procure to Pay department, you will be an integral member of the Travel & Expense team, supporting day-to-day activities related to employee expenses. This 12-month internship is designed to provide you with practical experience in Travel & Expense processes within a Global Business Services environment. You will have the opportunity to apply knowledge gained during your studies to real-life business situations and develop skills relevant to a future career in Finance and Shared Services. You will support the team with expense auditing, internal controls, and employee queries, helping to ensure accurate and timely processing of Travel & Expense requests. What You’ll Do: Audit employee expense reports in line with global and internal Travel & Expense policies. Provide employees with support and guidance related to the Travel & Expense process. Respond to queries regarding expense status, corrections, and other T&E-related topics. Support timely processing and follow-up of assigned Travel & Expense requests. Assist with internal and external controls related to Travel & Expense processes. Follow up with managers and Payroll regarding unexpensed or personal transactions. Provide the bank with information related to unassigned transactions. Support the team with other Travel & Expense and P2P activities as required. Who You Are: You are eager to gain practical experience in Finance and develop your understanding of Procure to Pay and Travel & Expense processes. You have strong attention to detail and enjoy working with data and following defined processes. You are organized, communicative, and comfortable working in a dynamic, multitasking environment. You enjoy collaborating with others, have an international mindset, and are motivated to learn and develop within a Global Business Services environment. Required Skills: Professional fluency in English; additional languages are considered a plus. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with financial ERP systems, such as Oracle, would be an advantage. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work in a multitasking environment. Eagerness to learn and willingness to challenge the status quo. Proactive, communicative, and team-oriented approach. Expected Educational Background: Current student or recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Interest in developing a career in Finance, Procure to Pay, Travel & Expense, or Shared Services. Additional Employment Conditions We offer a paid internship program (12 months) with 32 hours of internship per week. The hourly rate is 31.40 PLN.
